Comforts of immaculately clean family room with bunk beds were fabulous. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator, really enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was so close to the beach, shops and cafes, 700m-eateries, and the local shopping area.

The owners were so friendly and helpful. The cabins were very clean and provided everything, even the kitchen was fully stocked with all you that you need to cook a meal. The beds were more comfortable than my beds at home.
The water from the showers make a mess in the bathroom every time you use them.

Service here is great, even though a couple of staff seemed a bit down 😕.

Brilliant location. Lovely cabin. Very clean. Bruce, the owner was very helpful. We're from the uk and found this caravan park to be central and a great place to stay on the Great Ocean Road.

Comfortable beds & close to the beach.
The hair dryer in the supposed "executive suite" caught fire when i turned it on. 5 lights werent working & when asked to fix it, the owner said they would attend to it the next day!!!! And was never looked at :( Also, we booked executive spa suite & got called that morning to say it was no longer available and with a 3mth old baby i was relying on a bath in my room! Very outdated cabins & not same as pics! Very little to do & they seem to be the type to charge if u farted!

We had booked the deluxe apartment though this term doesn't match the real condition of the room, I.e old furniture and utensils.
